In the course of study, many questions are answered as
others subsequently present themselves.

I began at the behest of the Event Steward of the first Known World Costume Symposium, Mistress Audelindis de Rheims with the question "What did they really wear then?"

Here, I present my research starting with the first paper. Since that time, I have continued the research and will present it on this site as each new question gets answered. I also intend to present any new discoveries at SCA related symposiums, universities and collegiums when time permits.
